These are general exercises, not a rehabilitation program. Move within a comfortable range, keep breathing, and hold on to something steady for balance work. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or unusual shortness of breath. If you have osteoporosis or a previous fracture, heart or lung conditions, a recent injury or surgery, or restrictions from your clinician, ask them which movements suit you. Some people need individually prescribed exercise.
